Refund & Return Policy

 THIS POLICY IS SUBJECT TO MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION AT ANY TIME, WHETHER FOR CHANGES IN THE LAW, CHANGES TO OUR DESIGNATED AGENT, OR AT OUR CONVENIENCE WITHOUT ADVANCE NOTICE.  YOU MUST CHECK BACK FREQUENTLY TO ENSURE THAT YOU SEE A CORRECT, CURRENT VERSION OF THE NOTICE.

 

Skymesh, Inc (“Skymesh”) respects and is committed to this refund & return policy for our Service(s) therein, operated or provided by Skymesh, Inc., (“Skymesh” “our,” “us,” or “we”).  At Skymesh, we believe in customer satisfaction.  Therefore, if you are not entirely satisfied with our services or purchase, we are here to help.

 

1.  Internet Services

Refunds:  If you are not complete satisfied with our internet service within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund with the following conditions.  

 

Conditions:  You must contact us and allow us to diagnose to see if we can reasonably resolve any connection issues.  We will only issue a refund after a reasonable attempt to resolve your service issues has failed.  Once we have confirmed that our service has not met your expectations, we will then initiate a de-install, cancel your service, and issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

2.  For Installations and/or hardware Items

Returns: For installation of hardware items, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it to get a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Conditions:  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

If an returning an item is involved, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
