Discount Policy

Skymesh, Inc (“Skymesh”) respects and is committed to this discount policy for our website(s) and Service(s), operated or provided by Skymesh, Inc., (“Skymesh” “our,” “us,” or “we”).  At Skymesh, we believe in providing affordable, high-quality internet services to our customers. To further support our valued clients, we offer various discount opportunities. This policy outlines the types of discounts available, eligibility requirements, and terms for our services.

 

A. Types of Discounts Available

Skymesh offers several different types of discounts and/or referral credits. Our goal is to ensure that our customers receive the best possible value for Skymesh services while maintaining fairness and transparency in our discount offerings.  

 

1. Occasional Standard Installation Discount

 

• Offer: Occasionally and at our discretion, Skymesh will advertise and allow new customers signing to receive a 100% discount against the standard installation cost.
• Eligibility: This is only available if and when we offer it to new customers.
• Conditions: This occasional discount applies to the first invoice of new internet service if and when we offer it.

 

2. Yearly Pay Long-Term Discount

 

• Offer: Customers who pay for 12 months of internet service in advance will only pay for 10 actual months, and receive an additional 2 months of service free.  
• Eligibility: All customers are allowed to take advantage of this discount at any time, as long as they meet the conditions.
• Conditions: This offer is available to customers who subscribe to internet and are able to pay the FULL amount up front.  Any partial pay, forfeits this discount.  Since there are no service term contracts, if a customer decides to cancel in the midst of a 12 month upfront paid service, the remaining amount will be refunded back to them at a prorated rate.

 

3. Referral Credit

 

• Offer: Existing customers who refer a new customer to Skymesh will receive a $50 credit on their account for each and every successful referral. 
• Eligibility: The referral must result in a new active account. The discount is applied after the referred customer completes their first billing cycle.
• Conditions: Referrals must be made through the official referral process. Referral credits are not capped.

 

4. Seasonal or Promotional Discounts

 

• Offer: Skymesh will periodically offer special promotional discounts, including but not limited to seasonal offers (e.g., Summer, Black Friday, Cyber Monday).
• Eligibility: Promotions will be open to all customers or specific segments as outlined in the promotional terms.
• Conditions: Promotions will have an expiration date and may be subject to specific terms and conditions. Discounts may apply to new customers or existing customers upgrading services.
  
  

 

B.  Eligibility Criteria

• All discounts are subject to verification and approval by Skymesh’s customer service team.
• Discounts may be restricted based on geographic area or availability of specific services in certain regions.
• Discounts cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.  A referral credit can be.
• Skymesh reserves the right to modify or discontinue any discount offer at any time, without prior notice, unless otherwise stated in the offer’s terms.
  
  

C. Exclusions and Restrictions

• Discounts cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Customers who have an overdue balance may not be eligible for certain discounts.
• Discounts may not apply to installation, equipment fees, taxes, or any third-party services provided by Skymesh.
• Skymesh reserves the right to cancel or modify the discount offers if fraudulent activity is detected.
  
  

D. How to Apply for Discounts

• Occasional Standard Installation Discount: Automatically applied during the sign-up process for eligible plans.
• Yearly Pay Long-Term Discount: Available during the purchase process or when a customer contact us to request it.
• Referral Credit: New customers must submit an existing customer name in the signup form when signing up.
• Seasonal or Promotional Discounts: Customers must check the Skymesh website or promotional emails for specific discounts and/or instructions during promotional periods.
